Spring Self-care Virtual Series: Grades 6-8

  • Enrollment for Healthy Buzz’s Spring Series is NOW OPEN for our 6th - 8th graders!

  • The series will run:

    • Weekly on Sundays, beginning March 1st

      • 3-4:30 pm EST via Zoom

    • 10 total sessions (April 5th is observed for Easter)

      • March: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th

      • April: 12th, 19th, 26th

      • May: 3rd and 10th

  • Space is LIMITED, as we prioritize small group sizes to build the community, confidence, sense of belonging and trust that inspire personal growth.

  • Students are introduced to yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, journaling and other tools to support healthy habits they will incorporate into their daily routines.

  • Pricing is $150 for the ten-week series.

  • The enrollment window closes Feb. 16th, so enroll early to snag your spot before we’re full!

Healthy Buzz has brought so much goodness to my daughter and our family. Watching her cultivate a morning and evening routine full of nourishing practices has been beautiful to witness. I was surprised how quickly these practices translated into practical tools that have helped her navigate challenging situations with peers and at school. She has even included her dad in her daily meditation, so he has also benefited! Healthy Buzz has strengthened the way my child relates to herself emotionally and physically and that helps her better navigate the world we live in. I'm so grateful that Tara has created this community for our children to grow with. We all benefit when the next generation finds support in timeless tools such as these.

Public Yoga Class Descriptions

  • Slow Flow

    A slow, steady, all-levels alignment-based flow. Build balanced strength & mental clarity.

  • Yin

    A spiritual stretch to unwind the day: All floor poses. 3-5 min holds work deeply into connective tissue.

  • Vin to Yin

    A grounding all-levels flow that transitions into yin postures halfway through, to calm, clear & restore.
