Ongoing Program Offerings

Free Virtual Intro Events

  • We hold Free Virtual Intro Events to introduce youth & caregivers to programming options.

After School Youth Yoga & Self-care Series

  • Enrollment for Healthy Buzz’s Spring Series of After School programming will open in early March.

  • The series will run weekly for 6 sessions beginning in April. Use the request button below, or email us to learn more.

  • Small group sizes of 10-12 students allow us to build the community, sense of belonging, trust and confidence that inspire personal growth.

  • Students are introduced to yoga, meditation, mindfulness and breathwork.

  • Students are grouped according to age, with offerings appropriate for ages ranging from 7 - 14.

  • Pricing is $200 for the six-week series.

Healthy Buzz has brought so much goodness to my daughter and our family. Watching her cultivate a morning and evening routine full of nourishing practices has been beautiful to witness. I was surprised how quickly these practices translated into practical tools that have helped her navigate challenging situations with peers and at school. She has even included her dad in her daily meditation and so he has also benefited! Healthy Buzz has strengthened the way my child relates to herself emotionally and physically and that helps her better navigate the world we live in. I'm so grateful that Tara has created this community for our children to grow with. We all benefit when the next generation finds support in timeless tools such as these.

Seasonal Workshops

Now Accepting Interest Forms for Winter & Spring Workshops

  • Our Winter & Spring Workshops will include yoga, meditation, mindfulness, art, journaling and movement.

  • Programming runs 4 hours during school breaks: 9:30 am to 1:30 pm

  • Enrollment is $75 for one child, OR $100 for two. We also have need-based scholarships available (email to inquire).

Public Yoga Class Descriptions

  • Slow Flow

    A slow, steady, all-levels alignment-based flow. Build balanced strength & mental clarity.

  • Yin

    A spiritual stretch to unwind the day: All floor poses. 3-5 min holds work deeply into connective tissue.

  • Vin to Yin

    A grounding all-levels flow that transitions into yin postures halfway through, to calm, clear & restore.
